As part of its „Heimtextil University Contest“, Heimtextil offers a contest to promote young professionals graduating from university in Germany or abroad and to establish a platform for tomorrow’s innovators.
Make use of the opportunity to present your institution’s academic portfolio and the projects of your graduates to approximately 50,000 trade visitors from around the world and to representatives of the international trade press at Heimtextil, the leading international trade fair for home and contract textiles.
All national and international universities offering textile design programmes or related studies are invited to submit their entries. To take part in the University Contest, all you need to do is register and submit up to three representative graduation works from your students on our online platform.
Winning universities will receive a free all-in stand at Heimtextil 2024. The area will be located in the Textile Design segment in Hall 3.0 near to the Heimtextil Trend Space. With more than 150 exhibitors Heimtextil is the world’s largest platform for textile design.
Heimtextil’s PR team will ensure media coverage – blog entries, press statements and postings on social media – for the projects submitted by graduates from the winning universities.
Registration to participate in the ‘Heimtextil University Contest’ is free of charge.
